DESCRIPTION:
The home offers every comfort you can imagine with an open concept living, dining, and kitchen, elevator, and tile floors throughout. The spacious main floor has kitchen, living room, dining room and one bedroom with a set of twin beds, a full bath and large laundry room. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, gas stove, and granite counter tops.
The second living floor has two more bedroom each with their own en-suite full bathroom. The master suite has a king size bed and seating area. It also offers its own balcony offering a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. The third bedroom has a comfortable queen bed.
The home offers a spacious double garage and amazing outdoor space with private heated pool, grill, outdoor seating, ping-pong and foosball. The home is stocked with beach towels and toys for all your beach-going needs as well as linens and towels for your use during your stay.
Blue Haven Beach House is in a prime location centrally located on the island in Holmes Beach. It is located just minutes from the Manatee Bridge and entrance to Anna Maria Island along with the local grocery store, pharmacy, & public beach and park. The home is within walking distance of the main shopping center in Holmes Beach and is literally just across the street from the public beach access. It is located to a nearby free trolley stop that runs the length of the island and is walking distance to the local beer and wine store, as well as several bars and restaurants.
POLICIES:
Pets are accepted with prior approval only if they meet our pet policy guidelines, max of 2, < 65 lbs each, and with payment of $100 (<4 day, $200 (4-14 day), $400 (15+ day) per pet per stay.
NO SMOKING.
Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.
Standard occupancy is 2 persons per every standard bedroom, an additional occupant fee of $25 per person/per night will be assessed for each occupant over this up to max occupancy, if applicable.
Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Reservations are typically taken for 7 night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.
CLEANING AND SAFETY:
POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.
PROPERTY SECURITY/SAFETY:
Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please review the details of our Cancellation Policy page or Terms & Conditions at booking. We encourage you to review as OUR POLICIES HAVE CHANGED as of MARCH 25, 2023. We continue to offer refunds of deposits for cancellations (for stays of 28 days or less) made greater than 60 days to arrival, however all cancellations are now subject to a non-refundable booking admin fee. We continue to offer our US Citizens guests (with exception to residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly with us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance in the event of any unforeseen eventualities. Refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19 related cancellations, weather or beach conditions outside of our cancellation policy. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th.
Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.
All cancellation requests must be initiated by Registered Guest through the website in which they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or by a member of the party other than the main Registered Guest.

This home participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are provided according to the home’s occupancy at the beginning of your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest. Please keep in mind extra sets are not kept in homes.
