4 adults and 1 2 yo stayed for a week and this house was perfect! Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there for us to use. The pool was great for late afternoon and early evening swims while our little guy napped or was in bed for the night. The house is located very close (3-4 blocks) to a public beach access which was fantastic. It is also very close the local restaurants and shops. The house was clean and well maintained. Decorations were very cute. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

It was our 3rd time in this perfect house. It’s very clean, very well maintained. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, perfect layout, big dining table, well stocked kitchen, charming very private backyard and unbeatable location. This is our second time staying at this property and it’s been great every time. It’s had improvement since our first day which have all been wonderful. Lots of entertainment area for the kids and just enough space to not be on top of each other. We would highly recommend!

Sabina and I could not have been happier with our stay at this property in Anna Maria. The property itself and location were ideal. We have been renting with various rental companies on the island over the years. A Way From it All stands out as exceptional. The particular care taken by the enthusiastic A Wave From It All team, Brittany, Heather and Nikki, made our stay very memorable. They were caring and responsive to any of our needs or inquiries with a promptness and courtesy that made it a pleasure to be in communication. The company's attention to detail in providing a spotlessly clean and well equipped house with the freshest linen and higher quality toiletries made the place all the more pleasant. The three staff that additionally supported our stay, with cleaning house and pool maintenance, Maria, Jack and Brad, were impressively diligent and highly personable. We will be making our further holiday plans with A Wave From It All. We recommend them to any holidaymaker wanting best service and lovely properties.

we stayed here with our three young kids and parents. the house was super clean, well stocked with new and beautiful appliances and decorated beautifully. the backyard was an oasis and it was close to shops, food, ice cream and beach access. we loved everything about this location and our stay here.

We stayed here with our teenagers and friends! They had everything we needed! Beds and living space were super comfy. The location was within walking and biking distance to the beach, shops and food! We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect stay for us!!! It was clean, roomy and private. Once we got there, we never had to get back in our car because it was so close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. There is an amazing outdoor space and the pool was at the perfect temperature every morning. We were sad to leave and hopefully we will be back!!

We stayed here for several days , great spot! We enjoyed mornings and evenings in the pool , movies at night in the living room House stays plenty cold even though hot outside. Wi-Fi works great! We watched all the different streaming services without issue , great place to land after a day out exploring or at the beach . Kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans etc.. Highly recommend this property you will need be disappointed

This home was everything we needed with all the craziness that 2020 has brought. Nikki allowed us to reschedule our Spring Break to this summer and was absolutely amazing to work with. We felt completely safe during our stay, the communication was clear, and the home was bright, beautiful and immaculate. The house had everything we needed and then some. In all of our years visiting the island this was one of the best homes we've been blessed to stay in. This area of the island is residential and quiet (another bonus for us) and the backyard was an oasis to come back to after a hot day on the beaches. We just kept saying "wow". Thank you Nikki! I wish I could give this 10 stars! :-)

Our first first trip to AMI and we couldn’t be more pleased with the accommodations. Great location to beach, (our new) favorite restaurants and shops on Pine. The house was beautiful, clean, modern, and had every thing we needed for our stay. We loved sitting in the outdoor area drinking wine, chatting, watching TV and swimming in the pool. It’s close to activities but secluded and private so you really could get ‘A Wave From it All’. We WILL be back!!!

This was an amazing trip in the perfect house for 6 adults! This home is absolutely adorable, was presented spotless and had the amenities that were promised with the added touches of being extremely comfortable and modern. The private, lush backyard was my favorite place to relax by the pool and enjoy some cocktails. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants- this couldn't have been a better vacation! My family was asking to come back before we left, we will most definitely be on our way to a Wave From It All soon!

This was my first time on AMI, so I had no idea what to expect but man did I fall in love! This home is tucked away as your own little retreat while being only minutes from the beach, restaurants & Pine Ave! The house was SO cute, clean and perfect amount of space for 6 of us! We loved that everyone had their own bathroom and the washer and dryer was an amazing bonus! The private backyard is the perfect place to hang out after a day at the beach! I can't wait to stay again!

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We've rented several times in AMI and this by far was the cleanest and prettiest place we've stayed. The layout of the home is perfect! Rooms are big, beds are comfy and the bathrooms feel brand new. The backyard was the perfect oasis to relax, swim and grill. My daughters especially loved reading in the cozy hammock. We took advantage of the location and walked to Pine, beaches and restaurants daily. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at A Wave From It All! We'll be back!!

Our stay at a wave from it all was absolute perfection. The house was immaculate and had everything you needed for a relaxing week at the beach. The location was perfect, off the main road so very peaceful but close enough you could still walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We also rented a golf cart from once upon a beach that was so convenient to have and super easy pick up and drop off process. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this house, the backyard oasis and Niki and her entire team. Thank you for a vacation we won’t forget, we are ready to plan out next trip.

We had our yearly college reunion of five people here. Perfect is the only word to describe this house! It was comfortable inside and out. The outside was delightful. The couches were a great place for cocktails. The heated pool was a plus. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate . There was a bed for everyone. The location was also great. I was worried that we were not close to the ocean, but it was just a short walk. Pine Avenue and restaurant were an easy walk. This was our third year in Anna Maria, this house will be our choice from now on.
