Pool & Spa Information

We’re excited for you to enjoy your private pool and spa during your stay. Please take a moment to review the information below to ensure the best experience for you and future guests.

Pool Heating & Temperature

  • Pools are heated to approximately 82–85°F at no additional cost.
  • During cooler weather, temperatures may fluctuate and heaters may not always reach the set temperature.
  • Pool heaters and filters do not run overnight and will shut off during designated quiet hours in accordance with local ordinances.
  • Extreme weather, including cold fronts or high heat, may impact water temperature.

Pool equipment and heaters may be impacted by weather conditions, and we cannot guarantee temperatures or be held responsible if equipment is unable to maintain expected temperatures due to cold fronts, extreme heat, or other environmental factors


 Maintenance & Service

  • Pools are professionally serviced weekly or bi-weekly, typically Monday through Friday
  • Storms and windy conditions may temporarily affect water clarity between cleanings
  • There is a hose near the pool, and you are welcome to add water if needed
  • If the pool begins making a noise due to low water levels, please fill it until the water reaches about halfway up the skimmer
  • A pool net is provided on-site for light cleaning between service visits if needed
  • Occasionally, landscaping may result in debris entering the pool. If this happens, please let us know so we can assist promptly
  • If anything needs attention, please don’t hesitate to reach out

 Equipment Use

  • Please do not adjust or tamper with any pool or spa equipment
  • Only use the designated Spa button if applicable
  • Adjusting other settings may disrupt system function and result in service charges

 Cleanliness & Care

  • Please rinse off sand and sunscreen before entering the pool
  • Remove floats, toys, and personal items after use
  • Do not place gravel, shells, or foreign objects in the pool
  • Swim diapers are required for young children

 Safety Guidelines

  • Swim at your own risk. Pool surfaces may be slippery when wet
  • Children under 10 must be supervised at all times
  • Pool alarms, gates, and safety features must remain in place and operational
  • No glass, diving, or rough play in or around the pool
  • Pets are not permitted in the pool

 Additional Notes

  • Pool use is not permitted during severe weather
  • Water levels should remain at mid-skimmer level
  • Do not add soap or bubbles to the spa
  • Failure to follow guidelines may result in damage or additional charges. If the system is altered, we cannot guarantee continued operation. A technician will be required to restore functionality, based on their availability.

  Spa Operation (If Applicable)

  • The spa is part of the pool system and is designed for temporary heating only (typically high 90s to low 100s).
  • To heat the spa:
    • Press the “Spa” button once
    • Allow 30–45 minutes to reach temperature
  • The system will automatically turn off after approximately 2 hours and return to pool mode
  • You may press the Spa button again if additional time is desired
  • Spas are not designed to run continuously or reach commercial hot tub temperatures
  • During summer months, spas may be unavailable to protect water balance
