DESCRIPTION:
If you are looking for a waterfront luxury high-end island home to spend with your friend or family group, you have found the perfect home! This newly constructed 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home located directly on a canal with private dock on the north end of the island just an 8–10-minute walk to the beach access path at Bean Point you can't find a better spot to enjoy island life while being immersed in luxury details!

This home is unique and luxurious from top to bottom with professionally designed spacious floor plan, luxury furnishings, thoughtful amenities, and inspiring décor.  The architecture and design is second to none, with unique features like the 'open to above' living room providing an expansive and open feel that is unmatched and not your typical AMI rental home. The great room also features canal views from the numerous windows in the space, and well-appointed kitchen. The home also features oversized bedrooms and stunningly spacious en suite baths in each bedroom - including the Master's oversized walk-in shower with dual shower heads. This home has top of the line everything! This truly custom home will have you wishing you lived here permanently. Home features smart TVs and wireless internet throughout the property.

The kitchen area has a not just one but two large islands with sparking white quartz countertops, solid wood cabinets, and luxury appliances like an oversized refrigerator, gas stove and oven, overhead stainless steel hood, 2 dishwashers, microwave, and extra fridge in garage. The kitchen is fully stocked for every chef's need! The island seats 4 and the dining area seats 8 comfortably.

Ground Level - You'll enter the home on the ground level. You'll find a large single car garage with full size refrigerator, a foyer, an Elevator to ALL floors, and direct access to the covered patio and pool area. Step outside and you will be greeted to a spacious covered outdoor area with enormous resort-style private heated pool and spa overlooking the canal. This area includes a bar, 2 TVs, sectional seating, games and more. It is perfect for entertaining, watching the game, reading a book, or watching your children create lifelong memories. This home also provides you with dock and canal access for fishing or launching the kayaks or paddleboards (not provided). 

1st Living Level - This floor features the main living area of the home, with an expansive great room that includes the kitchen, dining, living room. There is also a nice balcony off the living room, so with just a quick step outside, you can enjoy views of the pool and canal. There are also 2 bedrooms on this level, including the home's Master Bedroom with Canal views. Both bedrooms feature King Beds, En Suite Baths, and spacious closets with plenty of storage. There is also a laundry room and a half bath on this level.

2nd Living Level - On this level you'll find the remaining 2 bedrooms of this home, and both feature King Beds, En Suite Baths, and plenty of storage and closet space. The walkway from the stairs or elevator, to these bedrooms, is open to the below living area, which is such an amazing architectural touch.

This stunning custom home is perfectly located with a short walk or bike ride to the Bayfront and Gulf beaches, Bayfront Park, iconic piers like - Rod N' Reel and the Anna Maria City Pier, as well as the Pine Avenue entertainment district. This home's location is fantastic, and your family will love it for so many reasons. 

POLICIES:
NO PETS. NO SMOKING.

Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.  

Standard occupancy is 2 persons per every standard bedroom, an additional occupant fee of $25 per person/per night will be assessed for each occupant over this up to max occupancy, if applicable.

Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Reservations are typically taken for 7 night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.

CLEANING AND SAFETY:
All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards.  A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay. 

Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. For stays of 28-days or more, a mid-stay clean will be required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost.

This home participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are provided according to the home’s occupancy at the beginning of your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest.  Please keep in mind extra sets are not kept in homes. 


GOLF CART RENTALS:
Golf carts are a fun and easy way to get around the island! After booking, reserve one for your stay with our sister company, Once Upon A Beach Carts, for an exclusive discount for our vacation rental guests!

BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS:
Baby equipment is not available for use at the home for safety and sanitation reasons. We are however partnered with local companies offering rentals of these items including pick-up and drop-off.

POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.

PROPERTY SECURITY/SAFETY:
Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy.

PAYMENTS:

  • 50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation.
  • 50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date
  • Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.


CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please review the details of our Cancellation Policy page or Terms & Conditions at booking.  We encourage you to review as OUR POLICIES HAVE CHANGED as of MARCH 25, 2023. We continue to offer refunds of deposits for cancellations (for stays of 28 days or less) made greater than 60 days to arrival, however all cancellations are now subject to a non-refundable booking admin fee. We continue to offer our US Citizens guests (with exception to residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly with us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance in the event of any unforeseen eventualities.  Refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19 related cancellations, weather or beach conditions outside of our cancellation policy. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th.

Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.

All cancellation requests must be initiated by Registered Guest through the website in which they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or by a member of the party other than the main Registered Guest.

Our family of 10 enjoyed a week vacation at Tern Key in January. From the moment we arrived until the day we left we were delighted with the home. Everything was sparkling clean and decorated tastefully and comfortably. The beds were so comfortable! Coffee on the porch overlooking the private pool and coastal byway in the morning, biking and kayaking in the afternoon, walks and sunsets on the beach, wine and family games in the evenings. It was just what we were hoping for. We hope to be back again many times! Also if you visit make sure you walk down the beach to the restaurants near town. It is delightful having your toes in the sand while you are served a wonderful meal in the shade of a beach umbrella. And say hi to the dolphins for us!

This is a true home: gracious, comfortable, accommodating, BEAUTIFUL. It is close to everything, yet you feel like you have privacy. There is water access via the channel. It is close to beach access where you can catch the sunrise AND the sunset. Very walkable. Tons of fun little restaurants and shops. And the house! It is designed by someone who knows how to live and play and relax and entertain. The beds are comfy. Tons of room yet plenty of quiet places to curl up with a book or intimate conversation. I hope to be back very soon! It was everything we were hoping for and more.

A couples' trip. House location allowed us to walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, shopping. This is a luxury home not a typical rental property. En suite showers, plenty of hot water, lots of refrigerator space. Quiet. When you are in the back yard by the pool you feel like you are in a nature sanctuary. Manatees, nesting birds, flying fish entertain you from your comfortable spot overlooking the canal as you enjoy your morning coffee. Many accommodations. Extra refrigerators, everything needed for beach time, including carts, chairs, outdoor shower, etc. Watch the stars come out as you enjoy the evening pool side. Beds that are likely to be even better than yours at home with quality linens. Don't look any farther if you are looking for a home away from home on AMI. (P. S. Thank you to the owners for the thoughtful welcome gifts! We felt like valued friends rather than renters.)

We have rented from Once Upon a Beach in the past. When talking to an agent at that time, it was mentioned that returning renters were eligible for a 10% discount. Is this still available?
