- Bathrooms: Five total (four full en-suites plus one half bath), all with premium finishes, fresh linens, and thoughtful design details.

- Ground Level: Garage, foyer, and elevator access (available with prior approval and fee).
- First Living Level: Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with balcony, two king suites with en-suite baths, laundry room, and half bath.
- Second Living Level: Two additional king suites with en-suite baths and a loft walkway with stunning views of the great room below.

- Pool & Spa: Heated pool with spa and sun shelf overlooking the water.
- Outdoor Bar & Lounge: Covered bar with two TVs, grill, dining table, and sectional seating for evening cocktails or al fresco meals.
- Private Dock: Ladder access for fishing, paddleboards (not included), or simply watching the boats pass by.
- Outdoor Shower: Enclosed and ideal for rinsing off after a beach day.

Please Remember: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property." *Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.
- No Pets / No Smoking
- Primary guest must be 25+ and remain on-site for the duration of the stay
- Minimum Stay: Requirements vary by city ordinance and are often 7 nights. Please contact our office with any questions.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM — please respect our island community
- Pool & Spa: Heated to 82–85°F year-round; temperature may vary with weather. Spa operates as part of the pool system, not a stand-alone hot tub.
- Beach Gear: A rental credit is included with your stay; select items before arrival for delivery. Some gear may be on-site but is not guaranteed.
- Cleaning & Linens: Professionally cleaned between stays with starter supplies provided. Mid-stay cleans required for stays over 28 days.
- Golf Carts: Reserve through Once Upon A Beach Carts for an exclusive guest discount.
- Security: Exterior cameras monitor entry points and equipment for safety and occupancy compliance. Cameras do not face private areas.
- Accessibility: Multiple levels with elevator access available by request ($149 fee); home not wheelchair accessible.
Elevator Note
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience; however, please note that elevator operation is dependent on third-party service providers. In the event the elevator becomes inoperable during your stay, repair timelines cannot be guaranteed, and stairs will be required for access to upper levels.
