Primary Suite 1:

Bunk Bedroom 3:
- Bunk room featuring double beds on the bottom and twin beds on the top. This room is thoughtfully designed with custom built-ins and modern conveniences, making it a great setup for kids or additional guests.
Bunk Bedroom 4:
- Second bunk room featuring double beds on the bottom and twin beds on the top. Between both bunk rooms, there are four twin beds total on the upper bunks, along with two double beds on the lower bunks.

Please Remember: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property." *Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

- No Smoking
- Pets: Welcome with prior approval; maximum of two pets under 65 lbs each.
- Primary guest must be 25+ and remain on-site for the duration of the stay
- Minimum Stay: Requirements vary by city ordinance and are often 7 nights. Please contact our office with any questions.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM — please respect our island community
- Pool: Heated to 82–85°F year-round; temperature may vary with weather.
- Beach Gear: A rental credit is included with your stay; select items before arrival for delivery. Some items may be on-site but are not guaranteed.
- Cleaning & Linens: Professionally cleaned between stays with starter supplies provided. Mid-stay cleans required for stays over 28 days.
- Golf Carts: Reserve through Once Upon A Beach Carts for an exclusive guest discount.
- Security: Exterior cameras monitor entry points and equipment for safety and occupancy compliance. Cameras do not face private areas.
