DESCRIPTION:
Slip away to Holmes Beach and book your next getaway at Mango Bay. This home sits on a quiet street and is just a short distance to both the Gulf-side beaches and Bay-side boating activities. At 2,560 square feet and with four bedrooms and two full and two half bathrooms, this home is spacious enough for eight guests. It has a private heated pool and spa, custom furnishings, and so much more. Mango Bay is just what you need to relax on vacation, offering a cozy and comfortable luxury home that will have you extending your getaway after just one day. 

Recently remodeled inside, Mango Bay boasts completely new decor throughout, kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring, bedding, and more. The main living room has a 55” Sony Smart TV, Sony Blu Ray/DVD player, and PlayStation. Just off the living room is a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, ample storage inside custom cabinets, and a full set of appliances to make preparing meals easy and breezy. 

There is a secondary wet bar off kitchen with half bath, on main living floor there are two bedrooms each with a king bedroom and share a spacious full bath with walk in shower. Upstairs you will find a master suite with king bed and its own private screened porch and balcony overlooking pool area.  Additionally upstairs you will find a half bath and full master bathroom.  There is then another small bedroom with custom built twin bunk beds, perfect for children or teenagers!

That’s not all! Additional touches include plenty of closet space for all of you, a spacious laundry room to keep clothes and towels fresh and clean, and an oversized garage with plenty of room for multiple cars as well as a golf cart rental. As well as bonus space off pool with ping pong table, foosball, cornhole, beach gear, and extra fridge.  Multiple screened-in balconies invite you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the view. There is even an elevator for easy access between each floor. 

Mango Bay’s exterior is welcoming and inviting. In the backyard, you will find a custom pool with a spa and built-in table. There is a gas grill, bar, sun loungers, adirondack chairs, and outdoor dining table and chairs. The pool is surrounded by tropical landscaping, invoking the sense of your own oasis. Stairs lead right from the back porch balcony to the pool for added convenience. Since the pool faces south, you will get plenty of extra sunshine! 

This home features numerous balconies all with fans. The covered lanai on the ground level is a perfect spot to relax while the kids splash in the pool. With the beach only a five-minute walk away, you can enjoy our Gulf waters whenever you wish! 

The home is just a short distance to the Holmes Beach shops, restaurants, and within easy walking distance to the pristine white sand gulf side beaches of Anna Maria Island.  Or rent a golf cart to easily cruise around the island!

There is parking for 3-4 cars. The home has beach gear and several bikes for guests to easily cruise along the island!

POLICIES:
NO PETS. NO SMOKING.

Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.  

Standard occupancy is 2 persons per every standard bedroom, an additional occupant fee of $25 per person/per night will be assessed for each occupant over this up to max occupancy, if applicable.

Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Reservations are typically taken for 7 night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.

CLEANING AND SAFETY:
All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards.  A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay. 

Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. Additional mid-stay cleans are required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost every 21 days. Disinfectant fogging service add-on is available by request prior to your arrival for added peace of mind. Please inquire for pricing.

This home participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are provided according to the home’s occupancy at the beginning of your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest.  Please keep in mind extra sets are not kept in homes. 

BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS:
Baby equipment is not available for use at the home for safety and sanitation reasons. We are however partnered with local companies offering rentals of these items including pick-up and drop-off.

POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.

PROPERTY SECURITY/SAFETY:
Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy.

PAYMENTS:
  • 50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation.
  • 50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date
  • Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.

All cancellation requests must be initiated by Registered Guest through the website in which they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or by a member of the party other than the main Registered Guest.

PENALTY-FREE 100% REFUND for Reservations Greater than 60 Days From Arrival: If cancelling entire or portion of reservation with an arrival date greater than 60 days from arrival a full 100% refund will be provided of all rental rates, fees and taxes.
