L’Oasis West is a charming two-bedroom, two-bath retreat designed for easy, laid-back island living. Although part of a duplex, the home shares no living-area walls with the neighboring residence — the private laundry rooms sit between the two homes, creating separation and privacy throughout your stay.
Spend mornings sipping coffee from the covered front porch, afternoons relaxing in your private heated dip pool, and evenings grilling and dining outside after a day at the beach.

With two private bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, L’Oasis West comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

- Living Area: A welcoming space for relaxing and gathering after long beach days, with a sleeper sofa providing additional accommodations for up to 2 guests.
- Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before heading to the Gulf to relaxed dinners at home.

With two private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and additional sleeping space in the living room, L’Oasis West gives families and groups flexibility while maintaining a comfortable, easygoing layout.

Morning coffee, beach-day snacks, or dinner at home — the kitchen is stocked with the essentials for an easy island stay.
- Full-size stove/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and microwave
- Brita water pitcher provided

Please note: The refrigerator includes an ice maker but does not have a water dispenser. A Brita pitcher is provided for filtered drinking water.

Rent L’Oasis East + West Together
Traveling with a larger family or group? L’Oasis East and L’Oasis West can be rented together, giving everyone the convenience of staying close while still enjoying the privacy of two separate homes.
Together, the two sides offer 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two private laundry rooms, two private heated dip pools, and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
It’s an ideal setup for extended families, multiple couples, or friends vacationing together — gather when you want, then retreat to your own private space at the end of the day.
When rented together, L’Oasis East + West accommodate up to 10 guests.

Important to Know
- L’Oasis West is one side of a duplex; however, the private laundry rooms are positioned between the two residences, so there are no shared living-area walls.
- All outdoor living areas and the heated dip pool are private to L’Oasis West.
- L’Oasis East may be rented separately by another party unless both sides are reserved together.
- This home is not pet-friendly.

At L’Oasis West, the beach is close, the pace is easy, and your own private slice of island life is waiting. Whether you’re traveling with a small group or pairing East and West for a larger island getaway, it’s a relaxed home base for making the most of Anna Maria Island.

- Minimum Stay: Requirements vary by city ordinance and are often 7 nights. Please contact our office with any questions.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM — please respect our island community
- Pool: Heated to 82–85°F year-round; temperature may vary with weather.
- Beach Gear: A rental credit is included with your stay; select items before arrival for delivery. Some items may be on-site but are not guaranteed.
- Cleaning & Linens: Professionally cleaned between stays with starter supplies provided. Mid-stay cleans required for stays over 28 days.
- Golf Carts: Reserve through Once Upon A Beach Carts for an exclusive guest discount.
- Security: Exterior cameras monitor entry points and equipment for safety and occupancy compliance. Cameras do not face private areas.
- Accessibility: Home is ground-level.
