Boater-friendly and designed with coastal adventure in mind, this home offers excellent access for guests bringing their own boat. The canal has been navigated by the owners for more than 14 years with a 20’ Scout and provides approximately 4 to 5 feet of water depth even at low tide, making it suitable for many recreational vessels. Larger boats are also commonly seen throughout the canal and nearby marina area.

Guests will have access to dock space during their stay, allowing convenient in-water storage for your boat throughout your rental period. Depending on vessel size and guest experience, use of the 20’ drive-on boat lift may also be available with prior approval.

Boaters will enjoy quick access to the Intracoastal Waterway, with only one bridge between the home and open water. The owners have consistently experienced approximately 2 to 3 feet of bridge clearance at high tide with a hard-top vessel.

Please Remember: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property." *Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

- No Smoking
- Pets: Welcome with prior approval; maximum of two pets under 65 lbs each.
- Primary guest must be 25+ and remain on-site for the duration of the stay
- Minimum Stay: Requirements vary by city ordinance and are often 7 nights. Please contact our office with any questions.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM — please respect our island community
- Beach Gear: A rental credit is included with your stay; select items before arrival for delivery. Some items may be on-site but are not guaranteed.
- Cleaning & Linens: Professionally cleaned between stays with starter supplies provided. Mid-stay cleans required for stays over 28 days.
- Golf Carts: Reserve through Once Upon A Beach Carts for an exclusive guest discount.
- Security: Exterior cameras monitor entry points and equipment for safety and occupancy compliance. Cameras do not face private areas.
- Please note: There is no pool at this home.
