Guest Information & Vacation Home Guide

Starter Set of Essentials

Each home includes a small starter set of:

  • 🗑 2 Garbage Bags

  • 🧻 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper Per Bathroom

  • 🧺 1 Roll of Paper Towels

  • 🧼 Dishwasher Tabs

  • 🫧 Hand Soaps

  • Coffee Filters

  • 🧂 Salt and Pepper

  • 🧴 Small Dish Soap

For the comfort and safety of all guests, bulk or shared-use items such as spices, condiments, paper products, or aluminum foil are not provided. This helps us maintain a hygienic, well-prepared home so you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.

Please note that the items provided are intended as a starter set to help you settle in comfortably. They are not stocked in quantities to last the entire duration of your stay, we recommend planning to purchase additional supplies based on your needs.


Beach Gear & Amenities

  • Some homes may have assorted beach gear onsite, but availability is not guaranteed.

  • Every reservation includes a credit for personalized beach gear rentals, such as chairs, carts, umbrellas, bikes, coolers, and games.

  • Make your selections before arrival, and your chosen items will be ready and waiting at your vacation home.

Kitchens

Your home’s kitchen is fully stocked with essentials, including:

  • Dishes, bowls, silverware, and glassware

  • Cooking utensils, pots, pans, bakeware, and cookie sheets

  • Small appliances such as a microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and blender

  • A few serving dishes and bowls for family-style meals

Please note: items are stocked based on your home’s occupancy. Extra supplies for hosting large meals or events may not be available.

Grills & Outdoor Cooking

  • All single-family homes include a gas grill with propane provided and an extra tank for convenience.

  • If you run out of propane, let us know during business hours for a refill. You may also refill tanks at Ace Hardware, True Value, Publix, or the Anna Maria General Store. Simply email us the receipt, and we’ll reimburse you.

  • Always clean and cover the grill after use, and never leave it unattended while in operation.


Linens

  • All linens — including sheets, bath towels, beach towels, and blankets — are provided at the start of your stay.
  • Daily housekeeping is not included, allowing you to enjoy your home with privacy and flexibility throughout your vacation.

Wi-Fi & Entertainment

  • Each home is equipped with cable television and wireless internet (Wi-Fi).

  • The Wi-Fi password can be found in the rental binder inside the home.


Pool & Spa Guidelines

Heating

  • Pools are heated to a comfortable 82–85°F at no extra cost. Please note that temperatures may fluctuate during cooler weather.

  • Spas can temporarily warm to the high 90s/low 100s, but will automatically shut off after a set time. They are designed for relaxation, not as commercial hot tubs.

  • To ensure safe water balance, some spas may be closed during the summer months.

Quiet Hours

  • In compliance with city regulations, pool heaters and filters shut off during Quiet Hours to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

Safety

  • Please do not tamper with or adjust pool equipment.

  • Safety features such as alarms, gates, and posted rules must remain in place at all times.

  • Children under 10 must be supervised by an adult while in or near the pool.

  • Swim diapers are required for young children to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Use Guidelines

  • No glass, food, pets, diving, or horseplay in or around the pool.

  • Please shower and rinse off sand before entering.

  • Remove floats, toys, and personal items from the pool after use.

  • Swim at your own risk — pool and deck surfaces may be slippery when wet.

Service

  • Pools are professionally cleaned weekly or bi-weekly.

  • Storms and windy conditions may result in temporary debris between scheduled service visits.

Groceries & Concierge Services


Peak Season Travel Tips

  • Peak seasons are January–April, June–August, and during major holidays.
  • During these times, expect increased traffic to and from the island.
  • Book airport shuttles or transportation services early, as most require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Getting Around the Island

  • Take advantage of the free trolley that runs the length of the island with multiple stops.
  • Bikes and golf carts are also popular and fun options for exploring Anna Maria Island.
  • Reserve rentals ahead of time, particularly during busy seasons.

Shipping & Deliveries

  • Contact us before scheduling shipments to your vacation home, as not all addresses can receive deliveries directly.

  • Important: Homes in the City of Anna Maria do not have USPS door-to-door service, meaning Amazon deliveries are unavailable to those properties.

  • For security, never share your home’s e-lock code with vendors or delivery personnel. Instead, have them contact our team for entry arrangements.

  • We cannot assume responsibility for locating, retrieving, or resending lost packages.


Parking

  • Park only in designated spaces.

  • All tires must be completely off the pavement.

  • Do not block driveways, sidewalks, or right-of-ways.

  • Street parking is strictly regulated and enforced.

  • Violations may result in fines or towing under city ordinances.

    • Parking for boats, trailers, RVs, or oversized vehicles is not permitted without prior approval.

    All information provided is subject to change and may contain errors, omissions, price adjustments, or withdrawal without prior notice. Reservations are not considered confirmed until both the required deposit has been paid and a Booking Confirmation has been issued. Guests are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of reservation details, including dates and property information. After confirmation, rates and reservation dates will remain fixed and will not be modified to reflect later promotional pricing or published rates.

    In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation. In such cases, a full refund of all payments made will be provided. The Manager/Owner shall not be liable for securing alternative accommodations or for any additional compensation beyond the refund.
