Heather is a dedicated single mother to three incredible daughters and a passionate advocate for mental health and community well-being. Before joining Once Upon A Beach, she spent years working closely within her community—supporting families, raising awareness, and driving advocacy efforts around mental health care and education. Her deep compassion, resilience, and empathy shine through in everything she does.

Heather brings a wealth of experience and heart to the Once Upon A Beach team. She has taken on a leading role in managing the company’s marketing efforts—helping to shape the brand’s voice, grow its social media presence, and craft messaging that resonates with guests and homeowners alike. Her creativity and attention to detail are essential to telling the story of what makes Once Upon A Beach so unique.

But Heather’s role goes far beyond marketing. She serves as a key point of contact for guests, offering support, warmth, and care throughout every stage of their stay. She has also stepped into the role of Nikki’s executive assistant, playing an integral part in the behind-the-scenes operations of the business—from logistics and planning to communication and strategy.

Heather’s ability to wear many hats, support others with genuine care, and bring both structure and creativity to the table has made her a cornerstone of the team. Whether she’s welcoming a new guest, launching a campaign, or helping the business run smoothly, Heather leads with compassion, strength, and purpose.
