Brittany – Guest Services Coordinator & Office Manager
Brittany is the friendly face and welcoming voice that most guests first encounter when connecting with Once Upon A Beach. A dedicated single mother to three amazing daughters, Brittany’s journey in the hospitality industry began as a teenager, starting as a housekeeper at a local hotel and working her way up to General Manager at a very young age. Through hard work, perseverance, and a passion for service, she rose through the ranks—building an impressive career in hospitality management rooted in experience, empathy, and grit.
A valued member of the Once Upon A Beach team for many years, Brittany now manages guest communications, oversees vendors and housekeeping coordination, and operates our downtown shop with professionalism and care. Her calm, capable presence sets the tone for our guest experience—whether she’s answering phones, replying to emails, greeting walk-ins, or ensuring behind-the-scenes operations are running smoothly.
What truly sets Brittany apart is her unwavering dedication. No matter the challenges life presents, she shows up every single day with a positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and a willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed—even out in the field on our busiest days. Her reliability, heart, and work ethic are an essential part of what makes Once Upon A Beach feel like home to both our guests and our team.
Outside of work, Brittany loves spending time with her daughters and making memories together. Her journey is one of resilience and strength—and we’re proud and grateful to have her as a cornerstone of our team.
