📝 Cancellation Policy & Trip Insurance

Please review our full Cancellation Policy page and Terms & Conditions prior to booking. We encourage all guests—especially return guests—to review carefully, as our policies have changed as of November 18, 2024.

  • While we continue to offer refunds of deposits within a flexible time window prior to arrival, all cancellations are now subject to a non-refundable booking administration fee.

  • U.S. citizens (excluding residents of NY and HI) may purchase CSA Travel Insurance directly through us.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your trip against unforeseen events.

  • Refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19 related cancellations, weather, or beach conditions outside of our stated cancellation policy.

  • Please note: Hurricane season runs from June 1 – November 30.

  • This quote is valid for 72 hours only. Rates are subject to change without notice on our website.

  • All rate and rental listing information provided online, while deemed accurate, is not guaranteed and may be subject to errors, omissions, price changes, or withdrawal without notice.

  • No dates or rates will be held without a paid deposit or express written consent of Manager.

  • Reservations are only confirmed upon payment of deposit and receipt of a Booking Confirmation.

  • Guests are responsible for verifying the accuracy of dates and home confirmed at booking.

  • Once a booking is confirmed, rates and dates cannot be adjusted to reflect newly published rates for existing reservations.

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to both the Terms & Conditions listed on our website and the Rental Agreement for their stay. Together, these documents form the binding legal contract. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, forfeiture of payments, or termination of the reservation without refund.
