Jack – Maintenance Specialist & Field Operations

Jack has been an essential part of the Once Upon A Beach story from nearly the very beginning. With decades of hands-on experience and a deep knowledge of all things maintenance, he has consistently brought unmatched skill, professionalism, and reliability to the team.

Previously serving as a maintenance manager for a large residential complex and working closely with contractors across Anna Maria Island, Jack is truly a “jack of many trades.” From minor fixes to complex repairs, there’s hardly a task he hasn’t tackled—and he does so with precision, efficiency, and a calm, courteous presence. Whether he's working directly with homeowners or stepping in to ensure a guest’s stay is seamless, Jack’s dedication and attention to detail speak volumes.

Jack now oversees the day-to-day maintenance needs across our properties, ensuring everything is in top shape and running smoothly. His problem-solving mindset and vast experience make him an invaluable member of our operations team.

A longtime local, Jack lives in town with his wonderful wife. When he’s not on the job, you can often find him enjoying quality time with his grandchildren, boating on the water, working on his cabin retreat, or planning his next travel adventure. We’re incredibly grateful to have Jack by our side every day—his knowledge, kindness, and work ethic are truly the backbone of our field operations.
