DESCRIPTION:
Sea Mist is a beautifully decorated and updated luxurious elevated home in the heart of downtown Anna Maria. This home's spacious front porch will invite you in to sit down, relax, and take in the scent of salty breezes even before you open the front door. Once inside you will find a beautifully bright and airy open concept living, dining, and kitchen with designer furnishings and high-end amenities. The living room has a comfortable couch with large screen TV and dining room seats 6 with additional 2 at kitchen's breakfast bar.  The kitchen is fully stocked to supply any chef with your essential cooking tools including stainless steel appliances and extra wine/beverage cooler. While you will want to enjoy some of our fine island dining, you will also want to stay home and cook a great meal for friends and family here!

The first bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be converted into a king bed with advance notice.  This room also has a TV and wardrobe.  The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dresser, TV, armchair, and closet.  In the hallway you will find a large full bath with separate toilet, vanity and tub/shower combination as well as laundry.  The third spacious master suite bedroom has a king bed, TV, and large en-suite full bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity.  

Off the back of the home you will find another deck/balcony for outdoor dining overlooking the pool/patio area. The spacious garage has been updated to serve as an additional entertaining and gaming space with TV, ping pong, outdoor furniture, and houses additional fun amenities like beach gear and cornhole! 

The home boasts a large private backyard with sparkling heated pool adorned with adorable sea turtle designs, plenty of pool chairs and an additional outdoor covered seating area. 

The location of this home is second to none with being easy walking distance to the nearby Pine Avenue shops, ice cream, local grocery market, Anna Maria City Pier, bayside beach and water access, and The Waterfront Restaurant. It is also just 5 streets, 8–10-minute walk or even quicker bike or golf cart ride, to the pristine gulf-side waters and larger white sand beaches that make Anna Maria Island a true Caribbean-like paradise.

POLICIES:
Pets are accepted with prior approval only if they meet our pet policy guidelines, max of 2, < 65 lbs each, and with payment of $100 (<4 day, $200 (4-14 day), $400 (15+ day) per pet per stay.

NO SMOKING.

Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.  

Standard occupancy is 2 persons per every standard bedroom, an additional occupant fee of $25 per person/per night will be assessed for each occupant over this up to max occupancy, if applicable.

Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Reservations are typically taken for 7 night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.

CLEANING AND SAFETY:
All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards.  A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay. 

Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. For stays of 28-days or more, a mid-stay clean will be required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost.

This home participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are provided according to the home’s occupancy at the beginning of your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest.  Please keep in mind extra sets are not kept in homes. 

GOLF CART RENTALS:
Golf carts are a fun and easy way to get around the island! After booking, reserve one for your stay with our sister company, Once Upon A Beach Carts, for an exclusive discount for our vacation rental guests!


BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS:
Baby equipment is not available for use at the home for safety and sanitation reasons. We are however partnered with local companies offering rentals of these items including pick-up and drop-off.

POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.

PROPERTY SECURITY/SAFETY:
Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy.

PAYMENTS:
  • 50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation.
  • 50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date
  • Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please review the details of our Cancellation Policy page or Terms & Conditions at booking.  We encourage you to review as OUR POLICIES HAVE CHANGED as of MARCH 25, 2023. We continue to offer refunds of deposits for cancellations (for stays of 28 days or less) made greater than 60 days to arrival, however all cancellations are now subject to a non-refundable booking admin fee. We continue to offer our US Citizens guests (with exception to residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly with us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance in the event of any unforeseen eventualities.  Refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19 related cancellations, weather or beach conditions outside of our cancellation policy. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th.


Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.

All cancellation requests must be initiated by Registered Guest through the website in which they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or by a member of the party other than the main Registered Guest.
