DESCRIPTION:
This newly constructed single-family home is nestled in on a quiet and beautiful street that is literally just 6 houses (JUST STEPS) from the beach access path!

The home's ground floor has a one car garage and access to the gorgeous pool and patio areas in the beautifully landscaped backyard. The home has a sparkling spacious heated pool with spa that cascades gently into pool both of which get plenty of that Florida sunshine! The covered patio area has fans, luxury outdoor furnishings including table and chairs, seating area, large screen smart TV, and propane gas grill. Perfect for lounging by the pool, grilling up some freshly caught seafood, and catching a game!

The home has hardwood floors and high-end appliances and touches throughout! The second or main floor has an open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for any amateur or professional chef to make a great meal at home including gas range and stove, large fridge and freezer with ice and water, dishwasher, and microwave. There is dining seating for 8. As well as kitchen seating along the kitchen island and breakfast bar seating 8. The home has stainless steel appliances, as well as bar area with additional beverage/wine cooler. The home has plenty of seating in the living area with TV as well as an additional seating area for 4, perfect for reading or playing some games. The open living, kitchen, dining area open up to two porch balconies, one off the front of the home and one of the back overlooking the pool for enjoying those gulf-side breezes while sipping a coffee or cocktail! Also on the main floor is a king bedroom suite with dresser, TV, not just one but two walk in closets and a sprawling master bathroom ensuite with unique walk-in shower and tub, separate toilet room, and two separate vanities! There is also laundry and a half bath on the main floor as well.

Wind your way upstairs you will find three additional bedrooms. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, and access to balcony overlooking pool area and in a person spot to watch some stellar sunset colors across the sky. This bedroom connects to a jack-and-jill style bath with double vanity and walk in shower. This shared bathroom then also connects to the bunk room with adorably crafted and constructed custom bunks allow 3 to sleep comfortably in 3 separate beds.

The 4th bedroom has a queen bed, TV, dresser, closet, and its own ensuite full bath with vanity and walk in shower. This bedroom also has access to the balcony overlooking the pool area.

This home is beloved among guests and will sure to be your next favorite home away from home while living the island life!

POLICIES:
NO PETS. NO SMOKING.

Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.  

Standard occupancy is 2 persons per every standard bedroom, an additional occupant fee of $25 per person/per night will be assessed for each occupant over this up to max occupancy, if applicable.

Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Reservations are typically taken for 7-night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.

CLEANING AND SAFETY:
All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards.  A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay. 

Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. For stays of 28-days or more, a mid-stay clean will be required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost.

This home participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are provided according to the home’s occupancy at the beginning of your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest.  Please keep in mind extra sets are not kept in homes. 

GOLF CART RENTALS:
Golf carts are a fun and easy way to get around the island! After booking, reserve one for your stay with our sister company, Once Upon A Beach Carts, for an exclusive discount for our vacation rental guests!

BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS:
Baby equipment is not available for use at the home for safety and sanitation reasons. We are however partnered with local companies offering rentals of these items including pick-up and drop-off.

POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.

PROPERTY SECURITY/SAFETY:
Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy.

PAYMENTS:
  • 50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation.
  • 50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date
  • Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please review the details of our Cancellation Policy page or Terms & Conditions at booking.  We encourage you to review as OUR POLICIES HAVE CHANGED as of MARCH 25, 2023. We continue to offer refunds of deposits for cancellations (for stays of 28 days or less) made greater than 60 days to arrival, however all cancellations are now subject to a non-refundable booking admin fee. We continue to offer our US Citizens guests (with exception to residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly with us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance in the event of any unforeseen eventualities.  Refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19 related cancellations, weather or beach conditions outside of our cancellation policy. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th.


Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.

All cancellation requests must be initiated by Registered Guest through the website in which they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or by a member of the party other than the main Registered Guest.

Will Definitely Be Staying Here Again!
We just returned from our stay at Sea Glass on Park. My husband and I and our two children ages four and one all stayed for seven nights at this property. The property was very spacious, well decorated, and had amazing indoor and outdoor living spaces. We were impressed by all of the beach and pool equipment that was provided at the house and enjoyed eating meals in the large kitchen. The house was very bright, welcoming, and exceptionally clean. The house had everything you could possibly need on your stay, and there was a variety of kitchen appliances and cookware to use. We enjoyed looking at the stars from the third floor decks at night. I can’t forget to mention the very short walk to the beach, which was the highlight of our stay! We cannot wait to return to this property next year. Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

My family and I spent the last week at this beautiful, pristine beach house. The house far exceeded our expectations! Having rented many beach houses over the years in various beach towns including Anna Maria Island, we found this house to be the best by far. There was not one thing that we could have needed that could not be found at the house. Beach towels, chairs, beach wagon and even a cooler all in perfect condition and left for our use. The pool and outdoor area was perfect for a family, our Grandchildren loved everything about it. Inside, we found plenty of space to enjoy family time together from cooking family meals to game nights and more. Everything was in perfect condition, pictures are truly accurate. We will definitely rent this home again! Also, Nikki was so helpful in helping us through the Covid19 situation, always patient and accommodating! You wont regret renting this beautiful home. PS. Only a few houses from beach access!

We stayed in the home in May 2021 for two weeks and it was perfect. The house was beautiful and just as it looks in the pictures. My kids loved the pool area and the proximity to the beach was perfect. It was the perfect, relaxing getaway that we all needed. A 5 star stay for sure. We look forward to visiting again.
