This newly constructed single-family home is nestled in on a quiet and beautiful street that is literally just 5 houses (JUST STEPS) from the beach access path!
The home's ground floor has a one car garage and access to the gorgeous pool and patio areas in the beautifully landscaped backyard. The home has a sparkling spacious heated pool with spa that cascades gently into pool both of which get plenty of that Florida sunshine! The covered patio area has fans, luxury outdoor furnishings including table and chairs, seating area, large screen smart TV, and propane gas grill. Perfect for lounging by the pool, grilling up some freshly caught seafood, and catching a game!
The home has hardwood floors and high-end appliances and touches throughout! The second or main floor has an open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for any amateur or professional chef to make a great meal at home including gas range and stove, large fridge and freezer with ice and water, dishwasher, and microwave. There is dining seating for 8. As well as kitchen seating along the kitchen island and breakfast bar seating 8. The home has stainless steel appliances, as well as bar area with additional beverage/wine cooler. The home has plenty of seating in the living area with TV as well as an additional seating area for 4, perfect for reading or playing some games. The open living, kitchen, dining area open up to two porch balconies, one off the front of the home and one of the back overlooking the pool for enjoying those gulf-side breezes while sipping a coffee or cocktail! Also on the main floor is a king bedroom suite with dresser, TV, not just one but two walk in closets and a sprawling master bathroom ensuite with unique walk-in shower and tub, separate toilet room, and two separate vanities! There is also laundry and a half bath on the main floor as well.
Wind your way upstairs you will find three additional bedrooms. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, and access to balcony overlooking pool area and in a person spot to watch some stellar sunset colors across the sky. This bedroom connects to a jack-and-jill style bath with double vanity and walk in shower. This shared bathroom then also connects to the bunk room with adorably crafted and constructed custom bunks allow 3 to sleep comfortably in 3 separate beds.
The 4th bedroom has a queen bed, TV, dresser, closet, and its own ensuite full bath with vanity and walk in shower. This bedroom also has access to the balcony overlooking the pool area.

Standard occupancy is 2 persons per every standard bedroom, an additional occupant fee of $25 per person/per night will be assessed for each occupant over this up to max occupancy, if applicable.
Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Reservations are typically taken for 7-night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.
CLEANING AND SAFETY:
All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards. A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay.
Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. Additional mid-stay cleans are required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost every 21 days. Disinfectant fogging service add-on is available by request prior to your arrival for added peace of mind. Please inquire for pricing.BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS:
Baby equipment is not available for use at the home for safety and sanitation reasons. We are however partnered with local companies offering rentals of these items including pick-up and drop-off.
POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.
Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy.
- 50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation.
- 50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date
- Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.
Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.
All cancellation requests must be initiated by Registered Guest through the website in which they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or by a member of the party other than the main Registered Guest.
PENALTY-FREE 100% REFUND for Reservations Greater than 60 Days From Arrival: If cancelling entire or portion of reservation with an arrival date greater than 60 days from arrival a full 100% refund will be provided of all rental rates, fees and taxes.
