Words and photos can not even begin to do this home justice. This two story canal front home just finished completion in 2018 and is brand new! This 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, extremely spacious and meticulously designed and decorated home will take your breath away the moment you walk through the door. The bright open living, kitchen, and dining room with vaulted ceilings opens up to double sets of patio sliders onto a private and spacious balcony overlooking the gorgeous sparkling pool and true Floridian style canal. The kitchen is designed for every chef's dream with stainless steel top-of-the-line Jenn-Air appliances including a double oven, gas stove, built in microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, and massive refrigerator. There is an enormous kitchen island with gorgeous quartz countertops that seats 4 and additional dining table seating 8. The living room has a huge and comfortable sectional sofa and large screen TV. The whole home is bright and airy and no detail was missed while designing this home from its solid wood floors to its amazing tile work. The home is also technologically 'smart-equipped' with Sonos surround sound, smart TVs, and cable & wifi throughout.
The main floor of the home also houses all four of the bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has amazing canal views and opens up to the balcony and has a TV and large walk in closet. Venture from the bedroom to bathroom and you will find a massive shower, luxurious soaking tub, double sinks, and separate toilet.
The other three beautifully decorated and luxurious bedrooms have a king, queen, and queen bed each with pristine en-suite bathrooms with step in showers. Two of the bedrooms have doors opening up to the balcony on the front of the home. All bedrooms have their own TV as well. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer on the main floor as well. Also off of the living room is an additional half bath.
On the ground floor of the home there is a 2 car garage and room for two cars in driveway as well as two bonus rooms that open up to the back patio and pool area. The home has amazing outdoor space with plenty of outdoor seating, dining, and lounging, and even has a porch swing to enjoy those island breezes. There is a grill and TV outside to enjoy the game or movie while also grilling poolside. There is even a small propane fueled tabletop firepit for those cooler Florida nights. When you come back from the beach there is an outdoor shower to be able to rinse off those sandy feet!
The impressive pool & spa also has an in-pool table, two large sun shelves, spa spillover, and water features. There is also a large deck/docking area with lounge chairs and umbrella alongside the deepwater canal. For the avid boaters... this canal is deep enough to accommodate even large boats and there are no bridges to go under. Simply bring your own or rent and tie off right to the dock behind your home! This home is located directly on a deepwater canal, so bring your boat! Just a short walk to Pine Avenue shops & restaurants!

Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Reservations are typically taken for 7 night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.
POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (>20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.
Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy.
CLEANING AND SAFETY
- We are dedicated to providing clean, safe, and comfortable homes for our guests and protecting the homes of our owners.
- We have developed a comprehensive COVID-19 Vacation Safety Plan and Cleaning and Sanitation Plan.
- We are offering an additional disinfectant fogging service option prior to arrival for added peace of mind.
- All homes come with starter set of basic amenities, and all linens, towels, and bedding are provided. Cleaning fee covers cost of cleaning at departure. Daily housekeeping service is not included but available upon request at additional cost.
50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation.
50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date
Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Upon booking, we agree to uphold our agreement to our guests by reserving the home in the advertised condition for the dates of their choosing, at that time the Registered Guest knowingly enters into a two-way agreement to uphold their commitment to arrive as scheduled. If unforeseen issues arise, the Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.
Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.
In the event the dates of the reservation fall within a date range of a mandatory island evacuation, unforeseen unavailability of the home reserved AND unavailability of a comparable alternative home, or inability for vacation rentals to operate due to executive order, the guest will receive a full refund of all base rental rate, fees, and applicable taxes without penalty.
All cancellation requests must be initiated by Registered Guest through the website in which they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or by a member of the party other than the main Registered Guest.
PENALTY-FREE 100% REFUND for Reservations Greater than 60 Days From Arrival: If cancelling entire or portion of reservation with an arrival date greater than 60 days from arrival a full 100% refund will be provided of all rental rates, fees and taxes.
