The home has a private heated pool located on the front of the home with fully fenced in yard and sun deck with loungers for basking in those sunny days as well as a covered patio area with outdoor dining and seating to provide an escape for the Florida summer heat! The home has been professionally and lushly landscaped to allow for privacy from neighboring homes and streets but still allows the pool and sun deck to get great sunlight. The home does have a propane gas grill, footwash for rinsing those sandy feet, and outdoor shower area!
The living room has plenty of seating including a comfortable and spacious sectional couch and additional seating area perfect for game night! The dining room seats 8 at a gorgeous solid wood dining table. There is additional kitchen bar style seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher as well as fully stocked with the chef in mind. There is a bar area with wine/beverage cooler perfect for hosting a night of entertaining and whipping up some island style libations. Off the living and dining room you will find a spacious enclosed porch perfect for enjoying that morning coffee or evening cocktail while smelling the salty sea air!
The home’s cozy master suite has a king bed with walk in closet, separate makeup vanity seating area, TV, and full en-suite bath, single vanity, and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with closet and TV. The third bedroom or ‘bunk room’ has 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds with an additional twin trundle.
The home is nestled in on a quiet residential street within walking distance to the pristine gulfside beaches of AMI and being located on the north end of the island you are can easily walk, bike, or golf cart ride to all the City of Anna Maria shops, restaurants, piers, and beloved Pine Avenue!
Guests do not have access to the ground floor garage.

Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.
Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Reservations are typically taken for 7 night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.
POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (>20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.
Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy.
CLEANING AND SAFETY
- We are dedicated to providing clean, safe, and comfortable homes for our guests and protecting the homes of our owners.
- We have developed a comprehensive COVID-19 Vacation Safety Plan and Cleaning and Sanitation Plan.
- We are offering an additional disinfectant fogging service option prior to arrival for added peace of mind.
- All homes come with starter set of basic amenities, and all linens, towels, and bedding are provided. Cleaning fee covers cost of cleaning at departure. Daily housekeeping service is not included but available upon request at additional cost.
50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation.
50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date
Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Upon booking, we agree to uphold our agreement to our guests by reserving the home in the advertised condition for the dates of their choosing, at that time the Registered Guest knowingly enters into a two-way agreement to uphold their commitment to arrive as scheduled. If unforeseen issues arise, the Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.
Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.
In the event the dates of the reservation fall within a date range of a mandatory island evacuation, unforeseen unavailability of the home reserved AND unavailability of a comparable alternative home, or inability for vacation rentals to operate due to executive order, the guest will receive a full refund of all base rental rate, fees, and applicable taxes without penalty.
All cancellation requests must be initiated by Registered Guest through the website in which they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or by a member of the party other than the main Registered Guest.
PENALTY-FREE 100% REFUND for Reservations Greater than 60 Days From Arrival: If cancelling entire or portion of reservation with an arrival date greater than 60 days from arrival a full 100% refund will be provided of all rental rates, fees and taxes.
