For Guests Bringing a Boat:  
The home does offer a dock to tie off to.  However, we do not recommend boats with a tower as there is a bridge to clear when traveling from the ramp to the home.  The closest open water access leads you out to the Bay, with proximity to the Gulf of Mexico.

This home is truly one of the most spectacular homes on Anna Maria Island! Located at the north end of the island nestled in on a secluded residential canal and street you are only a short's walk, bike or golf cart ride to the arguably best beaches on Anna Maria including Bean Point - the magnificent tip of the island where Tampa bay meets the Gulf of Mexico in a stellar curved 180 degree view of pristine clear blue water against the sugary white sands of the island. You are also very close to 'downtown' Anna Maria's Pine Avenue shops and some of the island's beloved restaurants and ice cream shops! This waterfront home is great for fisherman looking to fish from the comforts of their own backyard or boaters looking to keep their boat with them during their island vacation!

The home itself is simply, stunning. This home looks like something out of a Coastal Living magazine with every space and amenity meticulously designed and stocked to ensure every guest of this home has nothing to worry about other than what time to go to the beach! The home boasts an elegant coastal design with a mix of designer furnishings and touches throughout this sprawling home! The desirable set up of this home offers not only ample space for entertaining but also extra-large bedroom suites with separate bathrooms which make traveling with a group easy and enjoyable!

Upon entering from the front door you will find a lovely indoor/outdoor area with kitchenette, beverage cooler, and TV opening up to the back of the home with massive glass sliding doors and lovely views of the sparkling blue pool, spa, and deck area. The pool and spa are heated year round and include an in-pool table and umbrella perfect for sipping some cocktails poolside. The outdoor space has seating, loungers, shower and a gas grill for cooking up some fresh catch-of-the day. There is plenty of space to comfortably entertain and enjoy everything waterfront living has to offer. The home's lush landscaping provides seclusion and privacy while also allowing ample sunlight for the pool area and its sunbathers! The private dock is available for use and storing the guest's boats or easily launching kayaks or paddleboards during your stay!

Once upstairs you will find the main living area features an expansive open floor plan with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen opening up to the dining area and living room. The kitchen island is HUGE and offers counter seating for 6 with additional separate dining table seating 6 in the dining nook. The kitchen has plenty of room for several cooks and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal.

On this same main living floor you will find the master suite with king bed, black-out shades, TV, and massive en-suite full bathroom which has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, two sink vanities, separate toilet closet and huge walk in closet. Additionally, on this floor is the office/den with sleeper sofa, desk, TV, and full en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Wind further up the stairs you will find another queen and king bedroom (can be converted to twins upon request) both which have their own TV and full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and closet. The bunk room is the perfect space for the little ones! The room has it's own sofa/sitting area for playing and has two custom built-in twin over twin bunk beds. The room has a 3 faucet farmhouse style sink and en-suite full bathroom with walk in shower. Additionally on the top floor is another sitting area adjacent another balcony deck overlooking the pool area below. From this deck you access the rooftop deck via spiral staircase where you will find the most stunning views of both gulf and bay waters!


Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.  

Standard occupancy is 2 persons per every standard bedroom, an additional occupant fee of $25 per person/per night will be assessed for each occupant over this up to max occupancy, if applicable.

Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Reservations are typically taken for 7 night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.

All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards.  A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay. 
Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. Additional mid-stay cleans are required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost every 21 days.

Golf carts are a fun and easy way to get around the island! After booking, reserve one for your stay with our sister company, Once Upon A Beach Carts, for an exclusive discount for our vacation rental guests!

Baby equipment is not available for use at the home for safety and sanitation reasons. We are however partnered with local companies offering rentals of these items including pick-up and drop-off. Information is provided at time of booking or inquire directly.

POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.

Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy.

Please review the details of our Cancellation Policy page or Terms & Conditions at booking.  We encourage you to review as OUR POLICIES HAVE CHANGED as of MARCH 25, 2023. We continue to offer refunds of deposits for cancellations (for stays of 28 days or less) made greater than 60 days to arrival, however all cancellations are now subject to a non-refundable booking admin fee. We continue to offer our US Citizens guests (with exception to residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly with us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance in the event of any unforeseen eventualities.  Refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19 related cancellations, weather or beach conditions outside of our cancellation policy. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th.
