This is one of the most sought after areas of the island to stay and for good reason as this home is just steps away from Bean Point one of the most beautiful beaches and sugar soft sand on Anna Maria, also nearby the Rod & Reel Pier to drop a line or grab a fish sandwich and few blocks north of Pine Avenue shops to peruse during the day! Enjoy the bay breezes from your screened-in porch or the stunning panoramic water views from a top the ENORMOUS rooftop deck! This incredibly spacious home has just as much outdoor space as it does indoor! The home has a private heated pool that gets plenty of sunshine with outdoor seating, table & chairs, gas grill, and outdoor shower. Step inside the home into a bar/game room area just off the pool area. It has a full wet bar, smart TV, foosball table, and beverage cooler!
The open concept main living area of the home on the second floor has SOARING TWO STORY vaulted ceilings with a chef-inspired fully-stocked kitchen with huge gas range, oven, fridge w/ water and ice, wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, and TV. There is also a dining area for 6. Just off the main living area and dining is access to a spacious screened-in porch with additional seating areas and outdoor table and chairs. On this same level is your first bedroom with king-sized bed. There is also a full bath with walk-in shower and laundry with washer and dryer.
On the third level you will find 2 more bedrooms, each with a king bed. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity. The master bedroom also has straight out access to the enormous rooftop deck with stellar water and sunset views! The second bedroom on this level also has an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination with jetted tub.
There is a 2 car garage and additional parking in the driveway.
The home comes fully equipped with all your towels, linens, and fully-stocked kitchen! There is plenty of beach gear with chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and even a wheeled cooler! Pets are accepted with prior approval only if they meet out pet policy guidelines, max of 2, < 65 lbs each, and with payment of $100-$200 per pet per stay .
Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.
Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Reservations are typically taken for 7 night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.
POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (>20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.
Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy.
CLEANING AND SAFETY
- We are dedicated to providing clean, safe, and comfortable homes for our guests and protecting the homes of our owners.
- We have developed a comprehensive COVID-19 Vacation Safety Plan and Cleaning and Sanitation Plan.
- We are offering an additional disinfectant fogging service option prior to arrival for added peace of mind.
- All homes come with starter set of basic amenities, and all linens, towels, and bedding are provided. Cleaning fee covers cost of cleaning at departure. Daily housekeeping service is not included but available upon request at additional cost.
50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation.
50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date
Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Upon booking, we agree to uphold our agreement to our guests by reserving the home in the advertised condition for the dates of their choosing, at that time the Registered Guest knowingly enters into a two-way agreement to uphold their commitment to arrive as scheduled. If unforeseen issues arise, the Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.
Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.
In the event the dates of the reservation fall within a date range of a mandatory island evacuation, unforeseen unavailability of the home reserved AND unavailability of a comparable alternative home, or inability for vacation rentals to operate due to executive order, the guest will receive a full refund of all base rental rate, fees, and applicable taxes without penalty.
All cancellation requests must be initiated by Registered Guest through the website in which they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or by a member of the party other than the main Registered Guest.
PENALTY-FREE 100% REFUND for Reservations Greater than 60 Days From Arrival: If cancelling entire or portion of reservation with an arrival date greater than 60 days from arrival a full 100% refund will be provided of all rental rates, fees and taxes.
